New FHA Lending Limits for Clark County Las Vegas Nevada
In response to the declining home values in Clark County, the Federal
Housing Administration (FHA) will be lowering the maximum lending
limit for the Greater Las Vegas MSA. The current lending limit
for a 1 unit single family residence will decrease from $400,000 to
$287,500. This new limit will go into effect January 1,
2009.
